We ship our parcels with DPD. During checkout, you can choose home delivery or delivery to a service point.

Delivery time
Orders placed on working days before 14:00, with all products in stock, are normally shipped the same day.
Is a product temporarily out of stock, or does your order contain multiple products of which not everything is immediately available? Then we will inform you about the expected delivery time.
Right of withdrawal
Withdraw from your purchase or register a return
At No Clutter, you have a 30-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Within this period, you can let us know that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product. Through our return portal, you can easily submit your withdrawal request and, if desired, purchase a return label immediately.
A return label through our portal costs €5.99. You may also arrange your own shipping label.

For returns, you have two options:

You can easily purchase a return label through our return portal.

Return with your own label
You may also choose to return your order with your own shipping label. In that case, the costs and risk of the return shipment are your responsibility until we have received the parcel.
Return conditions
We ask you to handle the product and packaging with care.
- The product is complete.
- The product is, as far as reasonably possible, unused and clean.
- The original packaging is included neatly, if possible.
- The product is suitable for resale.
During the cooling-off period, you may assess a product as you would in a physical shop. If a product has been used more than necessary to assess it, a reduction in value may be charged.
Received a defective, damaged or incorrect product?
Have you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us first.
This is not considered a regular return, but a defective or incorrect delivery. In that case, we will look for a suitable solution together. If returning the product is necessary, the return costs will of course be at our expense.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount as quickly as possible using the same payment method you used to pay.
In the case of a full return, we will refund the purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs of the original order. In the case of a partial return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchange
Would you prefer to receive a different product? Then you can return the product and simply place a new order in our webshop.
This way, you can be sure that the desired product, if in stock, is reserved for you immediately.
Appendix
Model withdrawal form
You may use this form to withdraw from the agreement, but you are not required to do so. You may also notify us of your withdrawal through our online withdrawal function, the return portal or by email.
